Leda Global Internship Program
Build Your Global Trade Career
in China with a Real Team
Qingdao Leda Information Industry Development Co., Ltd. (Leda) is a cross-border e-commerce company growing brands in global markets. Our team includes colleagues from different countries and regions, with varied backgrounds and open perspectives— so cross-cultural collaboration is simply how we work. We actively welcome interns from around the world to join our cross-border sales and operations work. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll get hands-on experience, work closely with an experienced team, and own responsibilities that support real business goals. And because you’re in China, you’ll also experience local culture and daily life firsthand—gaining both career growth and cross-cultural perspective. Over the past few years, we’ve welcomed several international interns who have grown quickly in day-to-day business work—building practical skills, confidence, and a broader global lens. With hands-on projects, mentorship, and regular feedback, you’ll make measurable contributions and leave with experience you can clearly show on your resume.
We invest in your growth through hands-on projects, mentorship, and regular feedback — so you build real skills, create real impact, and grow together with our dream-inspiring team.
